Dogs

As part of Grays commitment to the highest levels of hospitality to all our guests - including our four-legged friends!

1. Dogs are permitted to stay at the hotel, but they must be kept in the guest's bedroom at all times, except for obvious and necessary access in and out of the hotel.
2. There are limited, specified nominated bedrooms in the hotel where dogs are permitted to stay.
3. Dogs are not allowed in public areas, ie bar, Restaurant and all function rooms.
4. Please do not leave your dog alone in the bedroom for long periods and ensure your dog does not disturb other guests (for example, through barking), especially at night.
5. Whilst in public areas and in the car park, dogs must be kept under control and on a leash at all times.
6. Dogs must not be allowed to foul the pavements, roadways, and carpark areas around the hotel.
7. The hotel will not accept responsibility for any accident, injury or damage caused by, or to, the dog whilst on these premises.
8. In the interest of the comfort and satisfaction of all guests staying in the hotel, should your dog's behaviour start to infringe on the enjoyment of other guests, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises.
   

Cancellation policy for Accomodation

Single room bookings may be cancelled 4.00pm the day prior to arrival. Bookings cancelled after this time will be liable for a full charge for the duration of the stay less VAT, cancellation of multiple rooms or group  bookings adhere to the group term and conditions.
